Statutory ASIC Document
Financial Services & Credit Guide (FSCG)
Before we provide personal advice or credit assistance, ASIC requires that you receive this guide. It explains who we are, what we’re licensed to do, how we (and anyone who refers you to us) are paid, and what to do if you’re ever unhappy with our service.
Current FSCG document
Download the current, licensee-approved copy of our Financial Services & Credit Guide below. This is the authoritative version — if anything on this page differs from the PDF, the PDF prevails.
What’s inside the FSCG
- Who Rahali Corporation Pty Ltd is, and our AFSL and Australian Credit Licence details
- The kinds of financial products and credit assistance we’re authorised to advise on
- How advice is provided, and who is responsible for it
- How we, and any staff or referrers, are remunerated — including fees, commissions and any other benefits
- What documents you’ll receive (such as a Statement of Advice) and when
- Our internal and external dispute resolution arrangements
- Our Professional Indemnity insurance arrangements
- How to contact us and lodge instructions
When you’ll receive it
You’re given the FSCG at the very first step of our engagement process — before any personal advice is provided — so you can decide whether to use our services with full knowledge of our credentials and how we’re paid.
See our full engagement process for what happens after that.
